Settings
Settings in Colony Cloud are split into personal account settings and organization-wide configuration. Changes to org settings apply to all repositories in your organization unless overridden at the repo level.
Account & Pipeline
Section titled “Account & Pipeline” Account Manage your personal display name, notification preferences, and password.
Organization Configure your organization's display name, slug, and default time zone.
Repos & VCS Connections Manage GitHub App installations, VCS connections, and per-repo pipeline enablement.
Workflows Create and manage org-level workflow definitions that repos can activate.
Pipeline Defaults (Agents) Set org-level pipeline and agent defaults that apply to all repos unless overridden.
Model Routing Configure the per-task, per-tier model routing matrix and global override.
Organization & Team
Section titled “Organization & Team” Team & Roles Manage organization members in Colony Cloud — invite teammates, assign roles, and configure single sign-on.
Billing Manage your Colony Cloud plan, seat count, invoices, and billing details.
Secrets Store and manage encrypted org secrets in Colony Cloud — add, rotate, and delete key-value pairs injected into Worker environments.
Integrations & Operations
Section titled “Integrations & Operations” Workers (Bring Your Own) Register and operate your own Colony Worker containers alongside or instead of Colony Cloud's managed capacity.
Webhooks Receive real-time HTTP notifications for pipeline events — issue state changes, PR activity, cost thresholds, and daily digests.
Digest Notifications Schedule daily and weekly email summaries of pipeline throughput, cost, blocked work, anomalies, and per-repo reliability — and configure who receives them.
API Tokens & REST API Create and manage cct_ API tokens, authenticate REST requests, and call the token-authenticated CLI endpoints.
MCP & Editor Integration Connect Claude Code, Cursor, Claude Desktop, and other MCP-compatible clients to your Colony Cloud pipeline using a static bearer token or OAuth 2.1.
Migration Move from a self-hosted Colony install to Colony Cloud — inventory your setup, re-provision secrets and Workers, and decommission the old instance.
