Roles

These roles are a responsibility model, not Colony accounts, permissions, or mandatory staffing positions. A person may perform more than one role, and your organization can use different titles.

Author Defines the requested outcome, supplies constraints, answers clarification questions, and validates the result.

Reviewer Applies human judgment to pull requests and explicitly steers the pipeline when needed.

Operator Owns configuration, conventions, observability, capacity, and recovery.

Sponsor Sets rollout scope, budget, merge policy, and success measures.
